Con la integración en Home Assistant, puedo recoger el dato del Sleep Score que es la puntuación del sueño y recibirlo a través de una notificación de Home Assistant todos los días a las 8. O puedo incluso hacer la notificación dinámica y recibirlo 10 minutos después de apagar la alarma del Garmin. Otra de las automatizaciones que me he hecho me envía una notificación a través de Home Assistant cuando mi body battery baja del 20%.
